GLSTVA OFFICE APPOINTMENTS & INFORMATION

At GLST, we strive to provide a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.  We continue to closely follow the Coronavirus pandemic and the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and the Virginia Dept. of Health.    Our offices will continue to require masks for both patients, staff and visitors while on site until further notice.

We encourage everyone to obtain a Covid-19 vaccine if possible.   For information about where to get a vaccine, go to www.vaccines.gov or www.vaccinate.virginia.gov.

If you have any of the following:  fever, cough, runny nose, aching, fatigue, sweating, sore throat, or any flu or cold symptoms, please do not present to our office.  Call our office to be screened or to reschedule.

If you have come in contact with anyone who is positive Covid or who has these symptoms OR you have traveled outside of the country in the last 30 days, we ask that you notify our office prior to your appointment for a screening or reschedule your appointment.

Our staff will be asking a series of screening questions prior to your appointment and during your appointment.

Clinic/Office Patients we ask that you please DO NOT bring anyone to accompany you to your office/clinic visit unless physical or interpretative assistance is needed.

PROCEDURE PATIENTS will be required to have ONLY one driver to wait for them.
